Frequently asked questions

  • I have evening and weekend availability if you are not available during the typical work hours M-F.

  • Sessions are $100, but students have a reduced rate of $75. However, I never want money to be the reason for someone to not be able to go to counseling, so we can work out a payment plan if needed.

  • I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before scheduling our initial session to understand what you want to work on and if we will be a good fit. The first couple sessions will also be used to get to know you and your goals as we build your treatment plan.

  • Yes! However, there are limits to confidentiality. We will review informed consent and confidentiality before your first session, and continue throughout our work together.
